#3 Chama Gaucha
At Chama Gaucha, you don't just get dinner and drinks, you get an experience with top notch service and food. You start with the salad bar (not just any old salad bar either. This bar has nearly every fresh gourmet ingredient you can think of to top your salad). Once you decide you've had enough of the greens, you move onto the reds! You indicate to your waiter that you are ready for your carnivore buffet and they just keep coming at you with various meats to sample. They carve it for you tableside. #2 Citrus
Nestled inside the Hotel Valencia downtown, this Contemporary American restaurant is the ultimate in San Antonio fine-dining. It has a contemporary, crisp atmosphere, a great waitstaff and even better food. Don't leave without trying one of their acclaimed crabcakes. The antelope and stuffed quail were superb dishes I can recommend to anyone. Despite its priciness, a date here is worth every penny.
